Budget Planning Group 
Objectives:
*Recommmend Fiscal Policies to the Board of
Selectmen and Town Manager.
*Monitor adopted Fiscal Policies
*Create a long range budget process
*Review and monitor budget process
*Revise budget and process as needed
*Look for and recommend efficiencies from
inter-department cooperation, better methods and
procedures and cooperation with other towns.
*Raise public awareness of fiscal policies
