Capital Budget Committee The Capital Budget Committee consists of five (5) members appointed by a committee consisting of the Moderator, the Chairman of the Selectmen and the Chairman of the Advisory Committee. The Committee is responsible for reviewing and investigating the capital needs of town departments, and recommending priorities for a five year period, and for recommending specific capital projects and equipment for consideration by town meeting.
