Description:
The Conservation Commission is responsible for administration of the Cohasset Wetlands Regulations and Bylaws and the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act. The Commission reviews Notice of Intent applications and Requests for Determination of Applicability applications for alterations to wetlands and buffer zones, and holds hearings on all such applications.
