Recreation Center

What is it?

The Recreation Center is located next to the Red Lion Inn and is open to students in grades 6-12. Telephone at the Recreation Center is (781) 383-2492.

When is it open?

We are open every Friday from 6pm-9pm and on half days from Noon to 3pm.

Who goes?

Although we are open for all students’ grades 6-12, we usually only get students in the 6^th, 7^th, 8^th, or 9^th grades coming to the Recreation Center.

What is there to do?

As we are in the process of upgrading our equipment we currently have 3 TV’s, Nintendo Wii, airhockey, pool table, bumper pool, CD player and plenty of places for you and your friends to hang out and talk!

What does it cost?

That’s the best part-coming to the Recreation Center is FREE! Unless we are having a special event (dance, movie night) most dances/ events are $6.00 per person.

How do you know if we’re having a dance or activity?

A flier will be distributed at school and it will be advertised on the front board of the Recreation Center. Also, you may call The Recreation Dept. at 781-383-4109 and find out for yourself.   Dances are held once per month from 7:00 PM-10:00 PM and cost $6.00  per  person (online) $8.00 at the door.

May I rent the Recreation Center?

Absolutely! If you are interested in renting the Recreation Center for any occasion please contact Ted Carroll at the Recreation Dept. at 781-383-4109. Rentals are $125.00 for two hours.

8.

What else should I know?

We have a snack and soda machine where we sell chips, candy, and soda. The major rule we have is that once you leave the Recreation Center, you may not re-enter again that night.
